I was really grateful for my stay. The staff at the lobby showed such a warm welcome. receiving a glass of bubbles upon arrival was such a lovely surprise. the rooftop restaurants with bars were a treat. The sushi and other offerings were good. the hotel let us leave our luggage and car so i could enjoy the day. i could change at the spa before heading to the airport.
The music was loud one night. It really bothered me, and i had difficulty falling asleep. despite my complaint, there was no real resolution offered. It's a small thing but still noticeable.

The rooftop restaurant offers fine views and tasty food, with bars available too. It's a convenient option for dinner. the menu includes sushi and other items, so i was happy with the selection. the staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel is situated near the national park, it offers great opportunities for exploration. major attractions and points of interest were easily accessible, though. The location was a great bonus for discovering local culture. i appreciated the central position.

The hotel spa includes free use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. It's certainly worth visiting. i used the available gym and found three treadmills, it includes two stationary bikes. the option to store luggage was useful.

the room was large with a balcony into the atrium area (it was quite interesting).
the rooms were not properly soundproofed. i could always hear other guests being loud in the corridors. breakfast was also quite bare with hardly any options, which i found disappointing.

the spa was luxurious. i also had an excellent facial. lima was an expert, and i was very impressed.
the room smelled bad. the bathroom fan was noisy. there was no window for fresh air, so i felt trapped.
